Whether the issue is evicting trespassers or squatters, or recovering an unpaid debt, we can help. Any County Court Judgment worth £600 or more can be transferred by our legal team to the High Court, after which trained, authorised High Court Enforcement Officers are sent to collect it.

There’s an initial court fee of £80, which is recoverable if proceedings succeed. If they don’t, an £80 abortive fee may apply, payable by the client.
